Early in 2011, we were given the assignment to create an unforgettable cocktail party for Hilton Worldwide. This party was to take place in Berlin and the company's top executives were going to be there. We needed to shine.

So my art director partner and I introduced the idea of "Light the Way" which was based on Conrad Hilton's mission to 'Spread the light and warmth of hospitality throughout the world.'

The party was a hit. Watch the video to see how it looked.

Client: Off the Street Club

Founded in 1900, OTSC is Chicago's oldest boys and girls club and serves more than 3,000 children. Housed in a kid-friendly complex in West Garfield Park, the Off The Street Club gives 4 to 18-year-olds a place to do homework, perform plays in the Performing Arts Center, dance, roller-skate, sing, learn musical instruments, make crafts and more. 


As part of their annual fundraising campaign we created this engaging poster. The goal was to get people to literally take a child off the street. As you can see below, each child was actually detachable. On the back was a call-to-action letting people know how they could help.


In addition, we created life-size images of our children and installed them in front of 410 N. Michigan Ave. It was the same idea as poster but on a larger scale. Both executions proved successful in not only raising money for OTSC, but also raising awareness.
